Ad Message:	Here is a project Hallicrafters S-240 sortwave receiver. It is solid-state, covers AM and FM broadcast, and HF 1.8 through 30 MHz. It has a BFO for SSB and CW reception. It's on very good shape. Bad news is, the volume/power switch control need replaced. The power is stuck on, and the volume is full blast. But the receive section is working. So, if you are handy with a soldering iron, you could have a nice bedside receiver. It has a built-in antenna, or you can use the terminals or SO-239 antenna jack on the back. Sold As-Is, no returns for refund. Paypal is OK if I send you an invoice first stating no returns for refund. $65 plus shipping. It's kinda rare, one of the last Hallicrafters before they went belly up. Thanks

Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
