Ad Message:	Purchased meter from him, received it broken due poor packaging. Sent pictures of broken meter with box problem. Still not provided refund as says out-of-his-pocket and will not do anything until he is paid by USPS. Ludicrous since it is out of my pocket and his problem is with USPS and not mine. He wanted the meter back at USPS request - hard to believe. Sent back, received a payment for shipping only labeled full refund, Claims negation (never heard of) with no contract where it is clearly still an argument between him and USPS. This is Fraud and theft. Bank said do not accept payment as they looked over paperwork and would consider this to be Fraud and Theft. He has mixed up requirements of seller to buyer with seller and USPS as these are both completely separate. Any business will either replace or refund for broken item.Do not deal with this individual due to problems he causes requesting refund. This is Fraud and Theft.

Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
