Ad Message:	From the estate of my longtime friend, Tom AA1CA. This HW-9 QRP transceiver has the optional HWA-9 Accessory Band Pack that adds WARC bands and the lower 250 kHZ of 10 meters. The radio has been modified by Tom to incorporate most of ND3P's circuit improvements (see QEX, October 1990). I have tested it in receive mode on all bands, and have measured transmitter output power of at least the specified 4 watts on all bands (several test above 5 watts). Matching PSA-9 power supply used for testing. HW-9 in fair cosmetic condition with paint scuffs and scratches on top cover; PSA-9 in excellent cosmetic condition. Includes original manuals for both units. $250 for the combination shipped. All proceeds to Tom's family - no commission to me. Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
