| Ad Message: | The rare Icom ID-1 is still one of the most unique and interesting radios ever made. It has an Ethernet port that you can plug your laptop into, and receive basic 128k broadband in your car using 23cm. The data link is beamed to you either from a D-Star repeater, or your IC-9700 at home. The price at launch was seventeen hundred dollars according to EHam. In addition to data, it’s also a great digital and analog 23cm rig, and it’s an inexpensive way to get into microwave in time for the big contest in two weeks. I looked for a year to find one of these, and as luck would have it I found two at once, both in immaculate condition, so I’m selling one of them. Comes with mic, external speaker, data cable, USB cable, manuals and power cable (sorry the pics aren’t better). Just $799 + shipping. |
