Ad Message:	This is a technician special, I sold the radio and got it back with "tx inhibit out of band". Replaced the sd card and tried new software but same result. One IC was very hot and had vcc zero volts, replaced the ic and voltage is fine but now cannot connect to radio. CY8c38866 from digi key. Comes with original box and mic and a power cord. Radio boots, flashing green light and goes on solid, also reloads frimware with flashing white light. I am just out of ideas so if you can fix it or swap parts let me know what its worth. Shipping is from Ontario Canada.

Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
