 MISC - Fuses For Sale
Fuses For Sale:

Over the years, I have ended up with a large
collection of fuses. Most are 3AG. These are the
glass fuses about 1/4 inch in diameter and 1 1/4
inches long, as used in most all equipment from
years ago.

I did have an extremely good supply of the standard
blow fuses, in just about every size made. Many of
those are now gone, but some remain. I have a
supply of "Slow Blow" as well; more than regular.

It is hard believe the price of fuses these days!
In any case, I would like 50 cents each for the
regular blow, and $1 each for slow blow.

I also have some of the newer colored "spade"
fuses. $1 each.

Yaesu NC-29 Fast Desk Charger For Sale:

The NC-29 is a fast desk charger. Typically,
it can charge a battery is about 5 hours.

I am told that the NC-29 can work with FT-23,
FT-33, FT-50, FT-73, FT-411, FT-88, FT-911,
and other HTs. It works with the FNB series of
battery packs, specifically the FNB-40, FNB-41,
FNB-42, FNB-47, FNB-49, and others.

Three LEDs show elapsed time of 1, 3, and 5 hours,
plus another for trickle.

This one works as it should. Cosmetically, it
is really great.

It is a small, hand held receiver.

Frequency coverage is 76 to 108 MHz, 530
to 1600 KHz, 5.95 to 17.9 MHz. It is
powered by two AA batteries, although it
can be used with a wall wart. An earphone
jack is provided.

This is not a sophisticated receiver by any
means, but will give you something to listen

- I have 3 solid state amps that need repair.

1. RF Power Labs 400 watt 6m amp. Was working fine, now no amplification. Don't know of anything done to damage it.
I hear relay click but no increase in power output.

2. TE Systems 1452G 350 watt 2 meter amplifier. This was briefly (a couple of seconds) transmitted with NO antenna connected. It since draws current and heats up if connected to DC power source.

3. RF Concepts 2-417 45in 170out 2 meter amplifier.
Power LED turns on but otherwise there is no indication it's actually turned on. No relay click or anything. Just the same as if it's off. Power out is the same whether amp is on or off so thinking it's lacking something in the power on side of the circuit? Preamp seems to work and makes the relay click etc.
