Due to old 1956 design of 516F-2, or PM-2 power supply for Collins KWM-2 (A) or 32S series transmitters runs on 125V AC power Voltage, the 516F-2 supply should deliver 275V Low Volt becomes 330V Plus minus during receive mode of KWM-2(A), vacuum tubes get 330V which will shorten life of tubes and cause extreme hot temperatures affect other parts. KWM-2(A)and 32S series transmitter get lot of heat problems. I have a solution to keep the LV to exactly 275V either transmit or receive mode.Using 500V MOSFET and series of Zener regulators,LV is now tightly regulated which helps keep the VFO with no drift and no audio hum as it works as ripple filter.The board is 22mm x 30 mm by size, made with SMD components and can be fit to the sidewall of power supply. Price is $40 plus $6 for USPS. two or more it has to be shipped by priority, price is $13.check to my QRZ.com address.Other output V,150V or 250V or 300V if needed.

Be ware of cheap off-shore copy version at some auction sites. The made in China copy version selling higher than my price.Choose the original since 2007. The best reputation 30L-1 power supply board for $75 Plus $13 for USPS priority mail.Board uses 1000V 3A diodes in series, and 105 deg C caps, 4 times of life compared to 85deg C caps, 220 uF 6 of them. The Heat sensitive caps are under pc board while the Heat generating bleeder resistors are above the PCB, no chance that Heat damage the capacitors. assembled and tested. Relay board changes original -170V, 70mA to -15V 1mA or less. If you use relay controlled radio for the 30L-1, Relay board is a must.Price $30, Ripple filter for relay and bias22uF 250V and 1K ohm .01 uF 630V reduction high 60hz ripple bias supply & another 22uf Bias cap & MOV protection.
