- MISC - FS: CW keys with tone oscillator
- FS: A couple of straight keys with tone oscillator, from a recent SK ham friend of mine. The paddle pictured is sold. Next is a MFJ-557 straight key with built-in oscillator, with tone and volume control. Uses 9V battery. Note, this key needs a spring under the key, otherwise it is continuously making contact. Works otherwise and is in very nice condition. $15 pickup or plus shipping. Next (on right on image) is a Wm Nye branded code oscillator with a straight key mounted that is branded Speed-X. Uses 9V battery. In very good condition and works good. $35 pickup or plus shipping. You can remove the wires from the key to the oscillator and use the key with a radio. Base holds key well. - AMPHF - FS: ALS-600 Modified with LDMOS Finals

For sale Ameritron ALS-600 modified to have four MRF300 LDMOS final transistors instead of the original four MRF150 MOSFET devices. This mod was done by Tom at CTR Engineering. Tom is the engineer that designed the ALS-600 when it was developed. It has a new board the finals are on and a new bias board. It also has the AD4X QSK mod that replaces the open frame T/R relay with 2 sealed relays. The 10/12 meter board is also installed.

There are some scratches on the case, something rubbed on the back right side of the case in shipping. Over all it looks pretty good, no scratches on the front panel. It has not been around tobacco smoke.

It now has 1200 watts (4 times 300) of final transistors instead of the original 600 watts, so it has plenty of head room. I see between 650 and 800 watts out (varies per band).

I will not ship the amp, but must be picked-up, or meet in the Indianapolis, Cincinnati or Dayton area. Price $1400
