- Wound up buying ten parts to fix one HT for DMR and these 8268 volume control and on/off parts are used on many Motorola HTs (see picture) Nine BRAND NEW left over in factory packaging that replace Motorola P/N 4015186H02 and fit most XPR series and other models.
