 TEST - BIRD 43 with the BIRD PEAK-READING KIT 
- I have available for sale, an almost perfect condition BIRD 43 watt meter that has the optional BIRD Peak-Reading kit installed in it. There are a few tiny nicks in the paint finish (see the picture - - you will have to zoom in to see them). Overall, I would rate the condition as 9.9.

As you can see this wattmeter currently has N connectors on it. If you would prefer some other type of coax connector, let me know your preference,, and I can change the connectors for you.

- TEST - BIRD 2500 WATT DUMMY LOAD
- I have available for sale a BIRD 2500 watt dummy loaded, model 8892-300. This load came to me with a 1-5/8 inch flange interface sticking out from the load. I have added an adapter plate which allows me to use any BIRD Quick Change connector. Currently there is an LC female connector on it, but I can change that to whatever series connector you would like - - let me know your connector preference. This load also has the optional temperature sensor switch (located on the front above the input coax connector.)

With the addition of a BIRD BA-300 fan unit, this load instantly becomes a 5000 W dummy load. I do not have this option available, but they are on eBay.

Because of this load's RF input connector protruding out the front, there would be an increased possible damage if this were shipped - - so I WILL NOT SHIP THIS LOAD. I can deliver this in person at any local hamfest or at the Dayton Hamvention.

- Offering this from recent estate tube lot - cosmetics indicate either NOS or very, very low hours.
The 4CX250R/7580W is the heavy-duty, ruggedized version. Like the 4CX250B, it has 6.3v filament voltage. They ( “typically” ) deliver more output in most linear amplifiers which use the 4CX250B.
My TV-3B/U tube tester doesn’t cover this one, so it’s sold As-Is / No Return.
