This XRDS-RF is a dry dummy load that is almost
all a cylindrical heat sink about 3 inches long
and 2 inches in diameter. It has a PL-259
connector on it.

This would be ideal for your two meter rig, or
440 rig, or dual bander, but of course can be
used at HF also.

Frequency Range: DC to 520MHz.
VSWR:≤ 1.2
Connector Type: PL259 Male.
Impedance: 50ohm
Working Temp：-55 ~ +125 ℃

This one works fine. It measures 49.8 ohms.
You can not get much closer than that!
