- Listed here for sale is a Kenwood TS-480SAT. Radio has had very little use. Non-smoker. Radio puts out a little over 100 watts on 160-10m. Has a built-in auto tuner, which DOES work. a few dings on the radio case, but nothing which affects the radio operation. If you see it in the picture, it comes with the radio, even the not shown 12v power cord.

- This is the heaviest duty roof tower you will ever find. Unlike currently available Roof Towers that are rated at 12 Square Feet antenna windload, this tower is rated at 16 Square Feet. Why? Because this tower uses 1/4" Aluminum Angle Iron, not 3/16". Glen Martin made quality stuff. It is also a true 9' roof tower, not under 8'. Now that Glen Martin is out of business, these Super Heavy duty towers are becoming nearly impossible to find. Tower is in perfect condition unlike many towers that have all kinds of holes drilled into them to mount cross bars, which weakens the Angle Iron.This tower will last a lifetime or 2. - Here is an upgraded CushCraft ASL2010, 8 element Lop Periodic antenna
allowing 13.5 to 32 MHz continuous coverage with low SWR.
All stainless steel hardware and an upgraded, heavy DX Engineering
boom-to-mast plate with their custom U-Bolts. This design uses a
single large boom with cross-over straps to alternate the required
LP feed instead of the cumbersome double boom design.
I crossed the 81 year threshold and my wife has decided I should NOT
be climbing any towers, so a professional antenna guy has taken down
my great working LP antenna. Shipping would be a chore, but I can
deliver pre-paid to the Dayton Hamvention or a reasonable
distance from the northern Virginia area. $975.
