- POWERSUP - FS:Heathkit PS-23 Power Supply-Excellent
- I have for sale an excellent Heathkit PS-23 Power Supply. This is the later version of the supply (after Hewlett Packard coerced them to stop calling it the HP-23). I replaced all of the tubular electrolytics and it came to me with very new Nichicon can capacitors. It has doubled bleeder resistors on the high voltage supplies, which improves dynamic regulation a bit. Build quality is excellent (after I re-kitted it and then reassembled it). Cosmetically has a few tiny nicks but no extra holes and paint is terrific. It is guaranteed working properly. It only draws 15 mA with no load attached. This is simply the draw of the bleeder resistors. The price in this condition is $125 plus shipping.
