NOT just for the 7300.. This connects directly to your Icom's 8 pin round mic jack, it's small, lightweight, perfect for travel, SOTA POTA and other outdoor/indoor use.
You get the headset with boom mic, has about 6 ft of shielded cable and 1/8" PTT pigtail jack (wired tip and sleeve) for your ptt switch.
The top part is flexible and has earpieces that slide out to fit.
There is NO adapter needed, this plugs directly into Icom Mic round connector for MIC and Headphone audio.
This works great, ready to plug and go with your Icom radio, features an electret mic element for wide range great audio. You will get excellent 'ON AIR' audio reports.
Mic can go on your left or right side.

Bench tested power supply. Bench tested for output and IMD on all bands. Tested all I/O connectivity. RX path attenuation. Check/set PA bias. All band full power burn-in one hour minimum.
KPA1500 SN 00282 RF deck and power supply meets or exceeds all factory specifications." This amp has a clean bill of health.
As will all KPA1500s, it has a robust internal antenna tuner.
