These are clearly Marked, One is KENWOOD, the other works with ICOM+YAESU. He had a Kenwood TH-F6A and various Icom/Yaesu HT's he programmed using these cables.

Both can work with a DB-9 Connector, SK Used various older Desktops to do all his programming.

Guessing an DB-9 to USB adapter is available for use with modern computers.
