This radio has been recapped by a retired Motorola tech and the time bomb capacitors have been replaced.It works well and is in good physical condition. Motorola ID TB3FWA7HA9AK This radio was made in USA. It is currently programmed on several Chicago Area ham repeaters. I cannot program it for you but the software is available online. $125.00 shipped to lower 48 states only.
