- ROTATORS - Help identify rotor?
- THANK YOU Steve W6SDW ! ! Your response sent me down the right path, and now I have a smooth operating Ham IV rotor!
CDE / Hy-Gain rotor, has the deep bottom like a CD-44 / Ham IV has. Bottom stamp says "H SP S APR82" The answer should be in those markings from what I read on Norms rotor page - but it doesn't match up to any of them just right. I'm thinking Ham3 or Ham4 with the style of date code... but the "H SP S" doesn't tell me what I need to know, so I don't know which controller to test it with - and don't want to cause issues that may not exist :) With 1982 manufacture year, thinking it's a Ham IV, but if anyone knows for sure :) Thanks!
