- This LC76 unit's capacitor test section appears to work; didn't check the inductor section. Includes factory power supply and after market test lead. Out of calibration but can be used as is. - Please, stop reporting your failure to do basic checks on buyers and sellers to Scott. You are provided links in the response emails to verify these people. You only have to click the links. Go to QRZ.com and verify the email matches the sender email. This is very very simple. If someone contacts you through any medium other than the board. Simply DO NOT RESPOND. It's very simple. If you are legitimate I might be able to help within reason. I can assure you there are people tracking this issue with illegitimate posters here. This is beyond Scott's control. I personally have had numerous contacts by these folks from Venezuela, South Korea, Russia, North Korea, Germany, Africa, UK, Columbia, etc... They use broken English and are very easy to spot. If you send money within the US and feel you were scammed report it to the FBI computer crimes division. You may not get fully reimbursed, but the problem will be resolved.
