Henry 2K HF Amplifier For Sale:

The Henry 2K is a monster HF amplifier,
covering 80 thru 10 meters.

It uses a pair of Eimac 3-500 Z tubes,
to easily produce full legal limit (1500
Watts) with about 100 watts drive.

It is a single stage amplifier designed
for SSB, CW, FSK and AM operation. It is
a very, very rugged, heavy duty amplifier,
with an extremely rugged power supply,
with a huge power transformer, choke input
filter, and oil filled filter caps. At over
150 pounds this amplifier is "built like a
tank".

Of course all of this is in a very nice floor
console, with the power supply in the bottom
portion, and the RF portion in the top.

This one works like it should. With full
power out of the exciter, it produces
1650 watts into a dummy load.

Cosmetically it is very close to perfect.
I can not find a scratch or defect on it.

Buy it with manual for $1200.

Since it is 150 lbs, it is obviously
pick up only, near Ocala, FL.

heavy 10" x 15" copper panel, mounted on laminated
wood backing 12" by 18". It will affix to concrete,
cinder blocks or 16 in center studs. It includes
2 sandwich bars and a 10 ft copper grounding strap.
It is ideal for mounting Polyphaser lightning
arresters, and tying all of your grounds together.
To say that this is very heavy duty is putting it
mildly!

Apparently these list for about $900. I have seen
them sold new for anyplace from $900 to $650.
That seems much too high.

- Testing the waters here: I have a nice Yaesu FTDX-5000 MP that I'd like to sell. It is in great condition except for one dim OLED. And I have 3 brand new OLED's from Yaesu that I will include with the sale to the new owner. The MP version includes the SM-5000 speaker set and the spectrum scope. It also includes 4 roofing filters, a built in power supply and 200 watts of output power. I have the original boxes, manual, & hand mic. The radio works perfectly as it should.  RADIOHF - Yaesu FT-857 All Mode mobile Transceiver
- Please read description! For sale, FT 857 Yaesu. Radio works will but there are a couple of issues: The famous striped screen that these radios are known for (replacement LCDs can be bought) and it has been finicky (since I bought it 7 years ago) when turned on. Fully functionally but takes a few minutes before you can change band and use the big tuning knob. I don't know why....it's been that way since I bought it. Very good radio, nevertheless. I'm including an xggcomms usb digital adapter for cat control/soundcard interface (bought it for the radio so I won't need), a bluetooth CAT control (I'm not sure it works but I think so), the LDG Z-1000Plus autotuner (made for this radio), and the mobile mount.
