All factory paperwork. The unit was inspected by a exceptionally credible and well known QRP Labs Builder on Cape Cod with latest Rev 4 Software installed including SSB. All work done in end of August 25 by this builder is documented in an email with note that unit meets all or exceeds FCC requirements. Respectively submitted, this unit is better than factory built. UNIT HAS NOT BEEN TURNED ON SINCE RECEIVED BY THIS BUILDER.
