The antennas appear to be OK from a NanoVNA sweep and the power divider has less than 0.2 dB loss. They may be (are) missing a small amount of hardware at a minimum and you may want to rework parts. M2 6 x 8 oval rotor base plate and rotor clamps for the 2800 rotor. This is used for 3” OD masts, but it will fit 2” as well. One bolt into the base plate is seized and I cannot free it.
