This is the smaller 2 wire plug 3/16" (0.210") Diameter; not the standard 1/4" type. (Tip and Sleeve connections.)
Used in some Military and commercial gear.
I also have matching 0.210" sockets for panel mounting; they are three wire but fit the S250 plugs (just do not need the "Ring" position.
