All sales final the only bad part was the Logic Board The internal display is not working, Tried replacing the LCD screen same problem, External Monitor worked fine.
This was a Version 2 with the roofing Filter option and upgraded to the ICOM Ver 3 Firmware
all parts other than the logic Board were working at the time the radio was dismantled.
