- Palomar Model PT-340 "Tuner Tuner" and noise generator.
The Tuner-Tuner is used to ADJUST your ANTENNA TUNER WITHOUT transmitting a signal. Tune the receiver to the frequency on which you want to operate. Then, turn on the Tuner-Tuner. There will be a loud noise about S9 on the meter. Adjust your antenna tuner for a null in the noise, and you are done. The SWR is now about 1:1, and you can transmit without further adjustment. Tested and working, requires 9V battery, included. Includes manual. 2 lbs shipping. $35

- RADIOANQ - Collins 51S-1 with speaker
- Selling my Collins 51S-1 HF receiver with matching 312-B3 speaker. This radio was manufactured about 1962 but still works fairly well for its age. No hum is detected on headphones so I am assuming it has been recapped in the past. It tracks fairly well on most bands but I am sure it needs an alignment and possibly tubes. AM broadcast band is off calibration by 10khz, other bands are fairly accurate. Cosmetically I would rate it as 7/10. Other pictures are available by request.
I am asking $750 for the package to include a DIY new 3 conductor power cord and complete 51S-1 documentation package. Buyer is responsible for shipping which possibly be greater than $100, depending on distance. Paypal or cash is acceptable.
Since the Dayton/Xenia hamfest is near I would meet someone between Cincinnati and Xenia to deliver.
