- RADIOANQ - FS: Collins R-105/ARR-15 HF receiver
- Vintage Collins R-105/ARR-15 HF receiver, fair condition, companion receiver to the famous ART-13 transmitter used on some Navy aircraft. Powers on with an appropriate power supply and receives signals. Frequency coverage is 1.5 - 18 MHz in 6 bands, and modes are MCW (AM) and CW.
The R-105A is designed to be powered from 26.5 volts DC, and it uses an internal dynamotor (DY-34) to convert this voltage to 220 VDC for tube B+ voltage. The dynamotor works fine, I have used a 24V 10A supply to power it up. BFO does not seem to work, I have not looked into it.
I have a copy of the schematic, but no manual. Additional photos on request.

- Hamfest treasure, doesn't light up, don’t hear signal on nearby receiver. No further testing. Don’t have inclination to open it up and trouble shoot. Front panel is very good, no extra holes anywhere, has original knobs. No burnt smells noticed. No manual included. If you can fix it or need as parts it’s yours for $30 plus shipping. It’s heavy due to built in power supply. Matches Knight T-50 6AG7/807 transmitter. If interested send me your zip. Due to weight Fed-X ground might be appropriate.
