- This receiver does not have a noise blanker installed and did not have the noise blanker plug to jumper the connections. I added wires to the base of the socket and may very well have messed something up in doing so. Couldn’t find my reading glasses to do it. I did not see any other modifications.
The receiver turns on and you can hear noise. I did not hear any signals.
Selling it as is.
