 RADIOHF - FOR SALE: Yeasu FT-817 
- This Yaesu FT-817 is in good condition cosmetically. There are a few scratches on the sides. The front panel is in excellent condition. There is a screw on the right side that has been broken off. This may have occurred during the installation of some brackets or legs. I would rate the overall cosmetic condition at a 7.5 to 8 on a 1 to 10 scale. It appears to receive fine on all bands. The only 5 watt element I have for my Bird meter is a 2 meter element. The radio shows 4.5 watts out on 2 meters. All other bands were showing about 3 watts on 100 watt elements so take that with a grain of salt. They may read closer to 5 watts using a 5 watt band specific element. The radio comes with a mic and a fused power cord. The manual is available free on line. I don’t have the original box but it will be securely boxed for shipment. It is being sold as is with no returns or refunds. I’ll accept PayPal, Zelle, Venmo or US postal money order. $375 shipped.

- I bought this 8 pin filter to modify and install in my FT-818, then ended up getting the stock 7 pin version. This filter is often marked or cross-referenced as a YF-122C or YF-115C depending on the specific plug-in board configuration. Key Specifications - Collins Mechanical Filter; 500 Hz bandwidth at -6 dB (2 kHz at -60 dB); 455 kHz Intermediate Frequency (IF).
YF-115C (Standard/Large Board): Uses an 8-pin connector. This version is listed for these desktop rigs: FT-847, FT-1000MP, FT-1000MP Mark V, FT-1000MP Mark V Field, FRG-100
YF-122C (Compact/Small Board): Uses a 7-pin connector. This version contains the same XF-115C filter but is designed for mobile/portable rigs: FT-817/818, FT-857, FT-897, FT-2000.
