Henry 2K Classic amplifier is in excellent shape and my friend, KRØP, just went through it - I have not used it for almost 15 years since I bought it and it is an awesome amp. Has two 3-500Z tubes that are working well. Can use 60 watts up to 100 watts to drive it. It can put out up to 1,500 watts PEP. Wired for 220 volts. Henry amps are built like tanks and it is a great amplifier. You will have to pick it up or meet me within about 250 miles from my QTH - located in Eastern Nebraska. This 3CX1200A7 has had a hard life but it still mostly works. Do you have an AL-1200 or a homebrew amp needing this tube? It is for sale - $1000 shipped anywhere in the USA.

On 7.070 Mhz (CW at 100 watts in) into a 50 ohm dummy load in my Henry 3K I get 1500 watts. When I pulled it out of my AL-1200 I got 1000 watts out. I suspect this is due to the higher plate voltage in the Henry 3K.
People who are local are welcome to come over and check the tube before pickup.

- AMPVHF - Henry 2002A 2 meter amplifier
- Nice Henry 2 meter amplifier for sale based on 2002A. This was a rack build 2002A. Same basic components as the desktop model but in rack chassis. It was pretty sparse when I bought it so I added bigger meters and some switches to add a standby mode and control a preamp. Works great and as original will do 600+ watts CW easy with low grid current. I have a nice spare Eimac 3cx800a7 tube to go with it also. Local pickup in Western CT 06776. 1000$
