ANNOUNCE - Beware Scammer Posing as K8SQL I was alerted that this guy is a scammer posing as K8SQL. So, I thought I might see how far he'd go (like some of the phone scammers I hear from)... I asked for a pic of the TS-940 VFO knob and his QSL card. He sent me the pic below of a note "floating" off the edge of the table He's using the email address k8sqlluca at gmail.com for comms and markpeter3000264 at gmail.com for his "paypal" address - FF only I asked again for QSL card pic and he replied: "I don’t have one lost it in a fire break out" uh huh. Asked him for his phone number - he said: "I have hearing impaired" told him I'd mail him a USPS MO to his address: he said: "We agreed PayPal payment" (we only agreed on the price), so I asked for his address, he replied: "I already sent you my Paypal. PayPal or no deal" So, of course, I just HAD to call him out on his stupid attempt at scamming. What a doofus!
