RADIOHF - Kenwood ts 830 s BELTON hamfest. Kenwood TS 830 S in amazing condition. The amateur that I bought this radio from told me he bought it new. I really only see one mark on the case You can tell by looking at the box he took care of his equipment. I did operate the radio even hooked it up this past weekend made several contacts on 10 meters Just to check it before offering it for sale. It does full output.
