It fits the same socket as the 4-400 and 3-500. - The major difference between the 4-250 and 4-400 is that the 4-250 has 250 watts of plate dissipation, while the 4-400 has 400 watts. They usually can be used interchangeably as long as the plate dissipation is not exceeded. - Weak 4-250 This 4-250 has low output. It is not dead or shorted, but simply has low output.
