Electric winch to raise tower mount to house and hand winch to raise tower. one can use both POLES to make a dipole also. It is now horizontal. Good condition and transport maybe arranged using car carriers. I have used car carrier to transport large LM470!.....Price is $1250 and you pay shipping.
