MISC - Very High Capacitance High Voltage Caps Very High Capacitance High Voltage Capacitors For Sale: - Just what you need if you are looking for high voltage, high capacitance capacitors. These are 1800 uf, 450 V DC Caps. They are high quality CDE, and they are new. - Eight of these are available, which is ideal for a really heavy duty power supply for a linear amp. Putting all eight in series would give 3600 Volts with 225 uf capacitance. - These caps have screw terminals and are 3 inches in diameter and just over 6 inches high. - As added information as to quality of these units, it took just over a MONTH (not hours or days or weeks) for the voltage on the cap to decay to 10% of its original value. Certainly the sign of a great capacitor! - These normally sell in the $70 to $90 area. Buy these new caps for only $45 each, or $250 for all eight.
