TEST - FS Advantest U3641Spectrum Analyzer W/TG I am selling an Advantest U3641 Spectrum Analyzer with Tracking Generator option. Options are tracking Generator, Controller, and Stability Oscillator. This is 9kHz to 3GHZ. Input 50 Ohm. I have several pics I can send. The unit boots with no errors and comes up working. The only testing I have done, put a signal in, and display it, measure signal amplitude, waveform. I have run the tracking generator into the input, I see it as well. because of my limited knowledge I can not test to 100% and guarantee it is fully functional, without any issues. After running for 2 or 3 hours the unit will power itself off. Selling AS IS, for parts. Selling for 400.00 plus 75.00 dollars shipping to the lower 48 United States. No International shipping.
