The radio doesn’t seem to be generating CTCSS tones properly, a common issue on this rig where the tones are not loud enough. But if you want to stick to HF and SSB or CW comms this won’t be an issue (or 2m calling freq). So radio would be considered fully functional otherwise, hence the low price. The radio is in excellent physical condition, small scratch on main knob. Comes with a non-original mic. Included power cord terminates in Anderson power poles.
