RADIOVHF - IC-251A 2 Meter All Mode Icom IC-251A 144mhz all mode with factory mic & manual. Serial # 03600. Radio seems to transmit & receive FM & SSB. Display is okay. VFO is a bit touchy. Broken "LOCK" lever switch on front panel. Output measured on FM from 1.75w to 13.75 watts into dummy load. Built in internal 120 vac power supply. Been sitting on a shelve for well over 10 yrs.
