The AMPEREX 4-400 Power Tetrode shows Filament open; might be bad solder joint in the pin. Consider it as a Dud. Factory stenciling is faded, but readable. Comes with a new grey fabric shade. The wood base is also new and finished with 2 coats of Spar Varnish. It has been accurately drilled for the Jumbo 5 pin tubes like this one, the 3-500Z, 5867 and similar. The base has felt pads to protect equipment and tables. New Lamp socket is standard Edison base. Will include a laminated label with your Callsign for the base.
