Among other features, it has a switch to select either high fidelity, broad frequency response, or a more narrow response, tailored for penetrating the DX pileups. - The GM-5 has a 4 pin XLR connector on it. - This particular mic is new. It was just removed from its box and plastic to take pictures. Obviously, that means it has not been around smoke.
