It’s the Icom IC-3230H, which operates on VHF 146 and UHF 446 analog FM bands. The radio comes with the original HM-56A microphone, mobile bracket, and full-length power wire. This radio, from the early 1990s, looks like a new radio. It doesn’t have any wear or scratches at all. It works great, receives great and transmits at full power. The volume knob is touchy and does work but needs TLC.
