ANTHF - WANTED: Cushcraft A3S or A3WS hardware

I am in the process of cleaning up an old original Cushcraft A3S
for a young new ham in my area. The antenna was given to us but, all 3 element mounting brackets are missing. I am looking for the 3 U-bots, 3 aluminum brackets and 2 backing plates from an old parted out antenna.
Any assistance would be appreciated. (pse see attached picture) Tnx!
