AMPHF - Collins 30L1 For Sale For sale is my Collins 30L1 amplifier. This amp was stored for 5 years, brought up on a Variac for 24 hours and tested. The amp is set up for 115 volts. Power output whistled up to 500 watts on 80-15, and 350 on 10, with 70 watts drive. Not collector quality. There are a few missing screws, the cabinet has been repainted, there is a tiny screw in the bottom left corner that secures the panel corner, and if you look closely, you will notice that the meter and band knobs are Drake knobs. The meter switch is sticky, should be lubricated but works . Included are 2 not installed mod kits: a pair of MOVs and a switching kit for using the amp with newer rigs that can't switch the switching voltages used in the 30L1.
