BROADBAND 25W RF AMP i am selling a broadband 25 watt linear amplifier that requires only a Zero dBm (1 Milliwatt) input to achieve full power out with a.bandwidth from 10 to 90 MHz CW carrier. This 2-stage, class B linear MOSFET amplifier was designed as a highly linear amplifier by an OEM company for medical imaging. It is re-packaged in a 19 inch rack mount unit that contains needed power supplies, a fan and input attenuator. All you need is a good signal source (or tracking generator) and a 50 ohm load and your ready to go. Great for testing RF filters and power tubes,or maybe for QRP operation.
