MISC - WTB/Borrow/Info Motorola NNTN8045(A)

Looking to buy/borrow or for information on discontinued Mototorola NNTN8045 or NNTN8045A CIU (Charger Interface Unit) to check or upgrade firmware in my PMPN4493A charger base.
These are REQUIRED to upgrade firmware on most flavors of single radio first generation IMPRES chargers. Have cable from PC to USB mini, need box with 4 pin telephone style connector to charger base.
