RADIOHF - Wanted Heathkit HW-22 40 Mtr Monoband

Looking for a working transceiver, I recently visited the massive Heathkit factory in Benton Harbor MI, (picture attached)although it is no longer producing these radios, the tour impressed me enough to want a part of the legendary Heathkit line that I can use everyday.
