TEST - HP8902A Measuring Reciever, parts/repair

HP8902A Measuring Receiver, no options, no cables or probes. Did read -3.5dB low below -80dBm to -120dBm when used with another good probe. Was working earlier before the reference oscillator assembly was pulled. Now it doesn't fully boot with external reference. As-is for parts $600 USD plus shipping.

No accessories included.
