It is fully operational. The Freq output is from 10Khz to 50 Mhz with Amplitude modulation selectable from 400 and 1000 Hz. The package includes: new manual copy, full case enclosure, most attachments mounted in the case cover (see photos). The mechanical engineering in this is impressive.
