RADIOANQ - Galaxy GT-550 transceiver + PS project

Selling for a friend.
I tested the radio. Receives, but has hum in audio
Transmits, but only about 5 watts
Has the CW filter & calibrator installed.
Clean unit, well worth restoring.
Comes with the original manual
