this was a full functioning radio, until an internal wire shorted onto the chassis. i replaced the burned up wire, and also repaired the blown trace. at switch on, no display. no tx or rx. front panel in good shape, chassis is ok. selling as is for parts radio or repair. best offer. no returns due to parts swappers
