AMPHF - For Sale: Tokyo Hy-Power HL-1.5KFX Selling my nice Tokyo Hy-Power HL-1.5KFX.. This is one of the nicest & best built solid-state amps ever produced. Looking inside shows an impressive build quality that is hard to match. This one works 100%, no issues. Gives a very clean KW out, with almost no noise, high duty cycle, and all of the circuit protection features needed to survive any dummy that's operating it (referring to me here). If you forget to change bands, it just kicks out and gives you the red led of shame. It does have the auto band changing feature. Instant on and get a signal. I have never had a glitch. Very reliable. Pretty. Non-smoking environment, it's set-up for 115v now, easy to change to 220v (flip switch on bottom, use the 220v power cord). I am reluctantly selling it because I simply have too many amps, and like tube type units most. $2100.00 shipped Conus, Paypal/Venmo, or pick up in Lone Pine, Ca. for 2000.
