According to these specifications, its output is adjustable from 9 to 15 VDC, but this unit appears to only go to 13.8 V according to the front panel meter. There are two outputs, one being binding posts, which will give you up to the full 25 amp capability, and a cigarette lighter receptacle, which can give you up to 7 A of output.
